Just because we live in an RV doesn’t mean that I have to forgo getting dressed up or give up the latest fashion. If any of you know me personally, I like to doll myself up when we go out to dinner, visit with friends and family or just to go shopping. I said to myself when we started this adventure that I was not going to allow myself to turn into…FRUMP GIRL.
Our RV and outdoor enthusiastic friends, Bill and Porter from Trinkles On Tour, recommended that we do something a little ‘different’ during our Big Bend National Park visit in March 2018. They told us we can’t leave Big Bend without going to Boquillas, Mexico to do ‘this’. They said to make sure we have our passports with us….
When we first started our adventures in 2014, we purchased a brand new Heartland Cyclone 4100 toyhauler 5th wheel to live in and haul our two Harley Davidson motorcycles. It was like having the best of both worlds; RVing and motorcycling. Lots of heads turned and gawkers stared as we pulled our big gray monster behind us…all 44′ of her!

RV Life is what we call it. Even though it may look like we’re tripping the light fantastic, we still endure LIFE just like everyone else. We still deal with the good, the bad and the ugly but we manage life just a tad bit differently as previous sticks and bricks homeowners because of our tiny living and travel.
Even though we don’t have sidewalks to shovel or lawns to mow, we still endure everyday trials of life….
