Toadstool Geologic Park: Hike and Camp at Nebraska’s Badlands

Toadstool Geological Park - National Park Sign

We discovered Toadstool Geologic Park by mere accident while we were traveling through Northwest Nebraska. This geological wonder, located in the Oglala National Grasslands near Fort Robinson State Park is a very remote hiking and camping paradise! Always On Liberty Teams with CURT Manufacturing in Safety Campaign

CURT Group with Always On Liberty Crew

In 2014, we purchased our Heartland Cyclone 4100 fifth wheel toy hauler and Ram 3500 truck. However, we still had one more piece of the puzzle that would allow us to pull our load safely; a fifth wheel hitch. Lots of heads turned and gawkers stared as we pulled our big gray monster behind us…all 44′ of her!

Meeting Leaving HomeFunktion; Ural Motorcyclist Nomads Visit America

Leaving HomeFunktion Urals Desert Riding

We’ve encountered some pretty interesting people during our RV travels. They all share their stories of where they are from and their livelihoods. And then, we meet other nomads, like ourselves, who have their own stories but of their travels and cool things they’ve seen or done. But when we met a cool group of foreign motorcycle nomads on Urals with sidecars loaded to the gills with gear, we were eager to meet and learn about their own journey because it is like no other.
