Having been on the road now for going on four years, we’ve learned quickly what we need, wish to have and what we dream about having in our RV galley. When we sold our Kentucky home, we had to pare down from living in a 3200 square foot home to a 42′ 5th wheel with limited galley kitchen cabinet storage and counter space.
One of our favorite homemade soups not only warms our bellies but also our hearts and souls. It’s a perfect dish for any day of the year. Soups don’t have to be complex. Though this is a soup, don’t be fooled into thinking this can’t be a meal. This scrumptious soup includes ingredients from every food group.
Our former RV fifth wheel toy hauler was equipped with an awesome propane stove and oven. However, I wanted another cooking alternative when our RV was hooked up to electricity so we didn’t waste our propane. And then I found this; an induction cooktop to use inside my RV kitchen and outside for another reason.
