Ever since I was a young girl, I love to cook in stainless steel pots and pans. There is no peeling residue which poses health concerns and even heat distribution cooks food better. So, when we moved into our RV fifth wheel, I had to find equally comparable cookware for RVs that was compact yet still cook the same as my pots and pans from our former sticks and bricks.
